The Ergastirion of Systemic Thinking & Training is providing systemic supervision to individuals or groups. Systemic supervision is also provided to mental health agencies. The main goal of supervision is for the therapist to develop the capacity to control his/her position in the therapeutic system by utilizing his/her own life story and avoiding emotional engagement with customers.
