SPECIALIZED SEMINARS FOR AWARENESS IN SYSTEMIC THINKING AND PRACTICE

These seminars are aimed at practitioners of other disciplines (eg, teachers, nurses, lawyers intermediaries, entrepreneurs, etc.,) the nature of the work associated with managing human relations and conflict resolution.

The aim of these seminars is to initiate people on systemic thinking and to suggest an alternative way of looking at reality, to improve the effectiveness and quality of life in the workplace. The pattern of courses is theoretical / experiential.

Emphasis is placed on communication, evacuation of stereotypes, developing flexibility and the emergence and use of reserves.

The analytical subjects, duration and timing change depending on the needs of each group.
